Start with a hotel pickup, meet your guide, and set off on a 17 km off-road drive into the desert toward our secluded oasis. Once there, enjoy a welcome drink — tea or Arabic coffee with dates — before exploring the little farm, where lush greenery and friendly animals await. Kids even get the chance to feed some animals and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
Then, take a short 5-minute camel ride, followed by a horseback ride up a hill to watch the sunset while sipping a drink. As night falls, enjoy a hearty dinner featuring grilled chicken, meatballs, rice, salads and soft drinks under the open sky.
When dinner ends, get ready for a stargazing session: first a few minutes relaxing under the night sky, then looking at stars, constellations, or planets through a professional telescope, guided by an astronomy expert ready to answer your questions. After the celestial show, you’ll be driven back to your hotel.
The site is under camera surveillance and meets international health and safety standards — and if you’d like to catch a rare lunar event, note that the next big astronomer-guided event is scheduled for 6–8 September 2025 (a total lunar eclipse).
